Tony’K is a factory specialized in cutting, sewing and trimming underwear, lingerie, and knitwear. Daily productions capacity - 20000 pcs men's and 2000 pcs women's underwear. The company was established in 1994, and it now occupies 10000 sq.m. of brand-new factory facilities and employs a staff of 500 people organized in two shifts. The executive officers have a large experience and qualification as well as excellent organizational and supervising skills, which is a guarantee for the high quality of the company products meeting all European standards. The production process facilities are divided into three specialized departments: Cutting department Hi-tech cutting equipment, featuring Robot-Cutter and latest-generation folding trolleys, ensures high production capacity and high quality cutting.The design section is using Bulmer-Assyst automated robotized CAM/CAD system Sewing department featuring PFAFF and Rimoldi electronically-controlled sewing machines Packaging and forwarding department specialized in packing and labeling the products in full compliance with the requirement for direct delivery to commercial outlets.
